Payment Plans for Set Me Up Packages:

Payment of the package price must be made in full prior to release of the episodes, graphics, channel information or any other products or services. All products remain the property of Speak Up Collective until payment is made in full.

Cancellation of Appointments

Cancellation of Recording Appointment:

Our goal is to provide high services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our team, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

All recording cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. You will receive a text & email from Calendly, 24 hours prior to the appointment asking you to confirm it. If you cannot make the appointment, reschedule it then if not before.

Cancellation after that time may incur, at our sole discretion, a $150 missed appointment fee.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments may incur, at our sole discretion, a $150 fee.

Cancellation of Packages & Subscriptions

Cancellation prior to recording a Set Me Up Package:

A fee of up to 15% of the package price may be charged for cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of any recording depending upon the amount of work carried out by Speak Up Collective.

Cancellation Post Recording of a Set Me Up Package:

Due to the highly personal nature of this product, once the recording process has begun we are unable to offer any refunds, though we may, at our own discretion, offer a partial refund.

Cancellation of Subscriptions:

Subscriptions may be cancelled 21 days prior to the next scheduled recording date and subscriptions must be paid to that next recording date.

We reserve the right to recoup any discounts given should cancellation occur prior to completion of the agreed term.

All payments must be fully up to date prior to any cancellation request.


The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Customer’s account must be in good standing
  • Service must not be used

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Additional Services

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
