Prior to recording:

At our sole discretion, a 15% fee may be charged for cancellation prior to the start of any recording.

Post Recording:

Due to the highly personal nature of this product, once the recording process has begun we are unable to offer any refunds, though we may, at our own discretion, offer a partial refund.
